Day 21 #21DayFix

MS walk today! 

Breakfast: egg wrap with orange juice

Snack: trail mix

Lunch: salad 

Snack: trail mix

Dinner: 3 steak tacos

Snack: granola bar

Last day! Lost 10 lbs overall and 15 total inches. It was a great journey. On occasion that would stray from the path, but always managed to find my way back. I did better on this program than any I have followed before. I am very happy with my progress and an excited to keep going. It was much easier than I thought it would be! Should be pretty easy to stick with!

Day 20 #21Day Fix

I was so excited to jump on the scale for Staterday, only 8 oz away from losing 10 lbs! 

Breakfast: raspberries

Snack: nada

Lunch: ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and onions

Snack: nada

Dinner: pizza #notsorry

Snack: nada

Workout: a lot of physical labor today!

Breakfast: whole wheat English muffin with peanut butter.

Snack: skipped

Lunch: chocolate shako with a banana

Snack: carrots and popcorn

Dinner: salad with shredded chicken

Lunch: chicken breast

Snack: carrots and hummus

Dinner: chicken salad 

Snack: strawberries

Workout: nothing again!

Day 17 #21DayFix

Breakfast: omlette with turkey and veggies

Snack: banana

Lunch: chocolate shako with banana and peanut butter

Snack: apple

Dinner: salad and pizza (sorry!)

Snack: skipped

Workout: skipped again, got called into work, boo!

Day 16 #21DayFix

Breakfast: grapes, whole wheat English muffin with peanut butter.

Snack: chocolate shako with banana and peanut butter.

Lunch: I forgot! That's so bad.

Snack: crackers

Dinner: chicken and California blend veggies

Snack: banana

Skipped the work out again. Not feeling well. This day was difficult because I was off work. I find it very hard to stick to the program when I'm at home.

Day 15 #21DayFix

Zumba Monday, I love it. Thinking about buying a membership and goingn several days a week. It's a great workout and a lot of fun!

Breakfast: Banana

Snack: chocolate shako with banana and peanut butter

Lunch: tuna salad on a whole wheat tortilla and crackers.


Snack: banana

Dinner: turkey salad


Snack: grapes and turkey slices

Workout: gonna try to make up one of the workouts I ditched this past week , perhaps lower fix? And I bailed on it again!
